Toby V. Carter is an accomplished musician with decades of performance and education experience. Having won International Music Competitions in his early career - and studying percussion performance with Dr. Tracy Wiggins and Pat Petrillo. He has offered years of music composition, teaching and visual creativity at the secondary, post-secondary, and drum corps levels.​​​
